Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
⚠ Submitting a return request does NOT guarantee approval. Returns are accepted strictly after inspection and approval by our team.
Return Eligibility
A return will be considered only if all conditions below are met:
✔ Product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered
✔ Must include original packaging, tags, protection seals, accessories & invoice
✔ Product must not be sterilized, tested, or handled for use
✔ No scratches, marks, dents, friction signs, or damage due to handling
🚫 If any sign of use or sterilization is detected, the return will be rejected.

🔸 Order invoice & reason for return
⚠ Without unboxing proof, return requests will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide:

Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24–48 hours of delivery, with mandatory unboxing video proof.
⚠ Claims without valid evidence will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
❌ Used or sterilized surgical instruments
❌ Opened medical products
❌ Custom orders / made-to-order items
❌ Discounted / clearance / sale products
❌ Gift cards
❌ Surgical & medical consumables once opened
❌ Hazardous or regulated materials
Exchanges
A product can only be exchanged after the original item is approved and returned.
New orders must be placed separately.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
✔ If approved, refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days
❌ Shipping, payment gateway fees, customs & courier charges are non-refundable
✔ If return fails inspection, the buyer must pay re-shipping charges to receive the item back

Final Terms
- All returns/refunds are approved only after inspection by Vishal Surgical Co.
- Our inspection team’s decision is final and binding.
