Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Custom or special-order items may require extra time (we will inform you if applicable).
  3. No processing on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We ship through trusted courier partners like Trackon, Tirupati, DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities (India): 2–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Shipping Charges

Domestic (India):

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

International Buyers (Important):

🌍 All international buyers must pay full delivery/shipping charges.
Shipping fees vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Courier service
  • Parcel weight & dimensions
  • Speed of delivery

We do not offer free shipping for international orders under any circumstances.

International buyers are also responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance charges
  • Any destination-country fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Customer Responsibility

To avoid delays, customers must:
✔ Provide an accurate address & active phone number
✔ Be available for delivery calls
✔ Respond to courier/customs inquiries quickly

If the buyer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the shipment may be delayed or returned.
All re-shipping charges will be paid by the buyer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • These charges vary by country and must be paid by the buyer.
  • If customs holds the package due to missing buyer documents or unpaid duties, the delay or return is completely the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipment Delays or Loss

We assist in tracking and resolving courier issues, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  1. Courier service
  2. Customs authorities
  3. Weather or natural events
  4. Wrong/incomplete address provided by buyer

RTO (Return to Origin)

If a shipment returns due to:

  1. Wrong address
  2. Buyer not responding
  3. Failed delivery attempts
  4. Customs refusal or non-payment of duties

➡ Buyer must pay reshipping charges.
➡ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, notify us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos before opening the package.
